Pregnancy

The Women’s Health Clinic is a self-referral clinic that provides comprehensive women’s health care to our enrolled female population. Our clinic consists of one Women’s Health nurse practitioner who provides comprehensive gynecologic health care. 

Pregnancy Test/Confirmation and OB Referrals 

• The 45th MDG doesn’t provide in-house prenatal care. If you’re pregnant and need a prenatal care provider, we’ll will provide a referral to see a network provider. Come in for a walk-in pregnancy test; no appointment needed.  

• Walk-in pregnancy test hours are Monday – Friday, 9 – 11 a.m. and 1 – 3 p.m..   

• Check in at the Family Health Clinic front desk and be prepared to provide a urine sample.

• IUD insertion/removal (Paragard, Mirena, Skyla) 
• Nexplanon insertion/removal 
• Emergency contraception (Plan B, Ella, Paragard IUD) 
• Depo-Provera injections 
• Pills 
• Patches 
• Rings 
• Condoms 

How it Works  

The walk-in clinic is available to active duty service members and eligible beneficiaries of the Military Health System (aged 14 years or older) who need birth control. No appointment necessary. Patients may be required to take an in-clinic pregnancy test. Patients will be able to start new birth control, change their birth control method, and get refills. Schedule an appointment for issues other than contraception.
