Visitor Guidelines
With the current COVID-19 pandemic, we are committed to protecting our patients and staff. Face coverings are required to enter the building. Additionally, all patients are required to self-screen. You will be required to answer the following questions posted in the entry way to the facility.
Have you been exposed to anyone known to have COVID-19 in the past 14 Days?
Have you returned from any overseas travel in the past 14 Days?
Have you experienced any of the following symptoms in the past 48 hours:
- Fever > 100.4 (A no-touch thermometer is available in the entry way if you do not know and you need to check your temperature)
- Difficulty breathing
- Cough
- Muscle or body aches
- Congestion or runny nose
- Fatigue
- Headache
- New loss of taste or smell
- Sore throat
- Nausea
- Diarrhea
If you answer “Yes” to any questions: STOP. Do not enter the facility. Call the COVID Cell at 321-494-8241, Option #5.
If you answer “No” to all questions: Please proceed and check in for your appointment/service.
