Radiology

We provide routine X-rays and limited ultrasound (non-OB) in support of our beneficiaries and providers. A privileged health care provider must order all exams. Orders from civilian providers may be faxed or hand-carried by the patient our front desk. We must receive order forms for ultrasounds prior to scheduling. Please call with inquiries about specific exam types. 

Technologists should always ask for your full name and date of birth before performing any procedures on you. We do not allow children into the imaging rooms unless the procedures is specifically for them. 

If you are picking up X-rays on another person's behalf, a signed release of information form must be on file. We cannot print hard copy films, we issue all X-rays on digital media with viewing software.

Radiology is closed on weekends, holidays and down days.
