Primary Care at the 45th Medical Group - Patrick Space Force Base consists of the Active Duty Health Care Flight, Family Health, and Pediatrics. The Primary Care Clinic follows Patient Centered Medical Home guidelines and structure. The clinic’s skilled team of providers, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff are trained and equipped to help with your primary care needs.
